The system of distributing income according to production factors is an effective income-distributing system fitting in with the characteristics of the employees in scientific and technological enterprises. In recent years, a lot of scientific and technological enterprises have attached importance to the system. Starting with the nature of scientific and technological enterprise and the need features of knowledge-oriented personnel, this paper discussed the problems in motivation by payment and the significance of putting the system into practice in scientific and technological enterprises. In view of the actual situation of Changsha Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the problems in its current payment system, a new payment system has been developed, which is adapted to the situation of the enterprise. At the end of this paper, corresponding measures for ensuring the system's enforcement were presented and the anticipated results of implementing the system were estimated as well. |
