Since 1990 s,many enterprises have accelerated their development through mergers and acquisitions.With the development of economy and technology,the world has experienced many mergers and acquisitions.From 1984 to now,Chinese enterprises have also experienced the climax of mergers and acquisitions.Mergers and acquisitions among Chinese enterprises have more and more influence on economic development.From the process of enterprise merger and acquisition,it is expected that mergers and acquisitions can be successful,but the results are not satisfactory.Through the literature reading and case study,it is not difficult to find the integration of corporate culture is the main reason for failure of mergers and acquisitions fail,now more and more people realize that if you want to merge table or enterprise integration to achieve the desired objectives before the merger,enterprises should take appropriate measures for the effective integration of enterprise culture,especially in the way of integration design will directly affect the integration effect.This paper mainly expounds the related concepts of mergers and acquisitions,mergers and acquisitions of cultural integration,describes the reasons and content of cultural conflict between the enterprise mergers and acquisitions,mergers and acquisitions to clarify the cultural integration of content and basic principles of enterprise,through the analysis of the beauty of the acquisition of Little Swan case,provide a reference for the experience of enterprise cultural integration,increase the effectiveness of culture the integration work,and improve the post merger cultural integration effectively improve the efficiency and the competitive ability of the enterprise operation,enterprise resource integration and configuration.
