Internet is developing very quickly in recent years. Internet service, as one of the most potential telecommunications service, has made rapid progress, and has great vitality and huge market potential. With the reform of telecommunications administration system and the opening up of domestic telecommunications market, internet service is under keener and keener competition. Through combining the actual situation in Hunan internet service market, this paper intends to analyze the internet market and explore the marketing strategies, with the commonly methods of market analysis . Research methods as qualitative and quantitative analysis are used in the paper.First, this paper analyzes the macro and micro marketing environment of Hunan telecom internet service and gives a SWOT analysis about this service. Then by arraying internet consumers mass distribution, consumptive needs, consumptive preferences, making spot check with questionnaire to Hunan internet market, the paper comes to the representative characteristics, consumptive needs and consumptive preferences of Hunan internet market.On the basis of the above analysis, this paper brings forward marketing strategies in the four aspects as product, price, place and promotion. The main strategies include developing broad-band access, prolonging product line, meeting division market demand with different services, establishing the internet industry chain with internet applied service providers(SP), satisfying customer individuation with different price menu, establishing self-channel and agent channel, license channel, virtual channel, online business hall channel as well, promoting by advertisement, boosting, public relation, etc.This paper aims at exploring an effective and rapid road for the development of Hunan telecom internet service.
