Strategic alliance is a new sort of enterprise organization. As a combo of strategically competitive advantage, it creates far more value than single enterprise. Because profits is the reason why enterprises integrate together. The mechanism of profit distribution is the key to strategic alliances' operation. How to establish efficient mechanism of profit distribution in strategic alliances? It can make strategic alliance operate smoothly. This is purpose of this paper as well.First, literatures within the country and overseas involved in this thesis are reviewed. We analyze the theory basis of profits distribution. Then, on the base of the connotation of value creating of strategic alliances, we discuss different value-creating approaches from three facets: Reduction of transaction cost; Combination of core competence in value chain; Upgrade of study ability. We get the method of value-creating measurement in strategic alliances. We construct different profit distribution models of specific strategic alliance. At last, we analyze the drive, measures and assurance of the mechanism. Then we construct evaluation system of profit distribution mechanism in strategic alliances. |
