The Research Of Profit Distribution Of Enterprise Cooperative Innovation Under Different Alliance Constructions

With the acceleration of economic globalization development, the relationship betweenthe enterprises has taken place great changes. The original competitive relationship belongs toa zero-sum game, which has both lose and win, but it has been replaced by non-zero-sumco-opetition relationships. At present, the fierce competition between enterprises,individuation and diversification of customers’ demand makes strategic alliance a new formof organization, which for most of the enterprises are looking for the most universal businessorganization mode. Strategic alliances can achieve a single enterprise doing business alonecannot achieve. But so far, the probability of strategic alliance success is small. According tomost scholars’ study found that profits allocation problem is the key factor which makesstrategic alliance has long-term stable development.In this paper, our study is the profits allocation problem in different structures of thealliance. According to status of enterprise cooperation, alliance can be divided into parallelalliance structure and leading alliance structure. To analyse the enterprise cooperationinnovation and its influence factors of profits distribution under different alliance structure,according to the characteristics of different alliance structure, mathods of profits distributionthat reflects the principle of fair, reasonable to make alliance stable development come up.Themain work is as follows:Firstly, On the related theory, this paper summarizes the relevant concepts, and expoundsthe influence factors of enterprise cooperative innovation and the influence factors of profitdistribution.Secondly,for the profits distribution problem of enterprise cooperative innovation underparallel structure and leading structure, build the improved Shapley value method based on avariety of factors and Stackelberg model based on indibidual rationality and risk attitude.Combining with the contribution,investment,knowledge spillover and risk factors, building aprofits distribution model of cooperative innovation under the parallel structure, buildStackelberg model based on indibidual rationality and risk attitude. Finally. According to the model building and analysis, some suggestions are put forward.If the alliance has more profits and has more fair reasonable allocation between theenterprises, It is needed to develop information communication mechanism, supervisionmechanism, trust mechanism, incentive mechanism,punishment mechanism, also need toarouse the enthusiam of alliance enterprises. The steady development of government’s supportfor the alliance to provide a stable environment.
