In era of knowledge-driven economy, the intelligence capital not merely becomes the most rare resource for economy and social development, but also the key resource for enterprise's value appreciation and sustainable development. It is core and key solution for enterprises to obtain sustainable development to control and encourage the staff who own intelligence capital, and to enhance the efficiency of deposition and usage of such rare resource.Compared with developed western countries, our country is still weak in the encouragement of the enterprise intelligence staff. This thesis proceeds from most basic motivational theory, analyze the characteristic and demand of these staff, and obtain the firsthand materials through the questionnaire investigation on the spot. According to these information and actual conditions of these intelligence staff of our country and at the same time, on the basis of incentive mode of developed western country, it structures out an incentive mode of intelligence staff accord with the national conditions of our country. It points out the basic demand in implementing the performance, the precautions and validity expectancy among the course and examines to the intelligence staff.According to the Incentive mode, joining together the actual circumstance of an enterprise in Guangzhou, aiming at the concrete problem that it has, designing a whole set Incentive project of Knowledge type staff, After trying for half a year, receives a good result.
