New generation employees growing up together with the Internet,is deeply embedded in distinct characteristics of The Times,pluralistic traits of character,value pursuit made a generation of workers and other employees there are significant differences.With the passage of time,more and more highly educated generation employees began to enter the workplace,and gradually grow into the backbone of the enterprise,become an important group of knowledge to use and create.Through incentives to improve employee satisfaction,which is at present most of the enterprise managers is one of the most common way in staff management.For the new generation of knowledge staff management,the traditional management model,incentive effect already.Therefore,combined with the feature of new generation knowledge staff personality,to motivate and manage self-construal,organization and management at present stage is they are effective methods.The purpose of this paper is to through the use of literature analysis method,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method research non-material incentive factors on the influence of the Cenozoic knowledge-type staff satisfaction,at the same time introducing variable core self-evaluation and research on the Cenozoic knowledge-type employees core self-evaluation of non-material incentive factors that affect employee satisfaction relationship adjustment.Build relevant conceptual model and related data collection and analysis.First of all,through the literature study summarized the existing research results;Secondly,based on the existing research analysis to determine the conceptual model related variables;Finally put forward the research hypothesis,and validated through empirical analysis method.Through this study,the hope can help enterprise managers to better understand the diversity of Cenozoic knowledge-type employees needs,in order to seek better incentives to improve their satisfaction,which in turn increase the staff's work enthusiasm and stimulate their enthusiasm,for this group staff to provide some reference and inspiration.Through a series of research,this article research conclusion can be summarized as:(1)for new generation knowledge staff,non-material incentives positive influence on their satisfaction.That is to say,to non-material incentives,including personal development,workplace spirituality and organizational environment incentives)can significantly improve their satisfaction;(2)the new generation core self-evaluation of the knowledge-type employees in non-material incentives play a regulatory role in explain the relationship between employee satisfaction,the higher the core self-evaluation of the individual,non-material incentives to produce higher satisfaction.
