Kelon Refrigerator Competitive Strategy

This dissertation discusses about the competitive strategy of kelon corporation. kelon which is established in 1982 has become a big company from a little company . competition has become more and more severity, What we construct the new competitive strategy of kelon corporation is necessary.Researcher has begun to study strategy of corporation from 1960's. Until 1980's, The theory of competitive strategy has the most important theory . Strategy is influenced by three kinds of factors: ( 1 ) circumstance; (2) resource; (3) capacity. In different times and in different state of development of corporation, they have different use. Now the most popular process : first, circumstance analysis and competence analysis; second, SWOT analysis; finally, constructing the competitive strategy. This dissertation construct the competitive strategy of kelon, which is based interrelated analysis.Finally , in order to undertake the competitive strategy success, this dissertation expounds some methods, which is based on interrelated theories.
