Chiwan petroleum base company is an international logistics park across the maineconomic center city, the park leading scale, logistics service types, are a leading position inthe industry of logistics enterprises in the domestic petroleum logistics services and integratedlogistics services. At present, the company has in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Kunshan,Tianjin, Wuhan, Chengdu, Langfang, Shenyang, Hefei multi line and quasi first-tier citiesinvest in the development of more than10large public logistics park project. At this stage thecompany overall service mode of the park are still single, service network is relatively less,the lack of low-cost financing channels and other disadvantages, proposes the stern challengeto the company how to obtain and maintain competitive advantage. Facing the increasinglyfierce competition in the market of the logistics park, the company should formulate andimplement what competitive strategy, has become the most urgent problem.This article carries on the analysis using the PEST model and the five force analysismodel of Chiwan petroleum base company of the external environment, the industrycompetition to explore opportunities and threats, including: the company’s logistics industrycompetition to sneak into the threat is not strong, the bargaining power of suppliers, weakerbargaining power of customers, the industry no substitute, competitors numerous, competitionis very fierce, the company is facing the industry competitive threats. But companies are alsofaced with the strong support of government policies, development opportunities brought byrapid economic development and related industries.Then, through the analysis of the Chiwan petroleum base company’s internalenvironment, discover the company competitive advantages and disadvantages. The companyhas financial management ability, business development capability, human resources andinformation management capabilities, with high quality service, perfect client developmentability, core competitiveness.Combined with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, thecompany’s future to all over the country the main economic center city, the park leading scale,logistics service types, in the comprehensive logistics services are a leading position in theindustry leading enterprise in the industry for the purpose of making the competitive strategy,difference strategy. Differentiation strategy positioning in the retail business, and the thirdparty logistics as "a multi garden" in the variety of customers, quality service and richexperience in property management to achieve differentiation. The objectives of the companyis committed to the "T shaped" layout based on the "Beijing Shanghai railway," as the spindle, speeding up the construction of the logistics park network. In order to ensure theimplementation of the strategy, from the organizational structure, the promotion strategy,human resource management, and put forward some measures to ensure the four aspects ofenterprise culture, guarantee the implementation of enterprise strategy.
