Under the new situation of globalization trend, which becomes more and more complex, healthy and stable development of enterprises is key to our socialism construction. It not only affects the development of national economy, but also has a great impact on employment and the harmony and stability of society. With the coming of knowledge economy, human capital has become the most important factor for enterprises operation. In order to meet the changing demands of internal and external market, the company has to insist human oriented, construct a company culture which is for the people, counting on the people, belonging to the people, developing the people and shaping the people. It's the start point and core of enterprises activities. It's also the basis of keeping its core competitiveness. If we still use the old ideas for company culture construction, it will stay at the stage of talking instead of doing. Due to the advantage of labor cost, domestic enterprises more focused on the investment of material capital for long time. Ignoring the investment of human capital resulted in lack of core competitiveness and serious losing of human capital in domestic enterprises. Finally, it will affect the stability development of enterprises in the long term.This paper tries to use the method of combination of theory and practice, use the practice of excellent foreign company culture for reference to solve the problem of construction of company culture in domestic enterprises via strengthen investment of human capital, which can strengthen the competitiveness of domestic enterprises and promote the healthy and stable development of domestic enterprises in the long term. This paper uses the method of combination of theory study and practice analysis and proved its theory analysis by relevant data. This paper is established in the newest study outcomes of human capital and company culture, demonstrates the relationship of investment of human capital and company culture by further analysis, illustrating the importance of the investment of human capital for construction of company culture in domestic enterpriser. Finally, after analyzing the real situation and current problems of domestic enterprises, this paper illustrates the lemma: strengthen the investment of human capital is the inevitable option for construction of company culture.
