This thesis aims to study how to integrate of SCM (supply chain management) and EC (electronics commerce) in consumer electronics enterprises. Firstly, study the theory of SCM and EC, including definition, development, characteristic etc, indicating that SCM can well achieve its target under the condition of applying EC. Secondly, analyze the integration in consumer electronics enterprises. It is necessary to integrate SCM and EC for such enterprises as the market competition is hard, some electronic components supply tight globally and so on. Whatever from theory side and from application side, there is possibility to integrate SCM and EC. Then this thesis provides the strategy for integration from the view of application and studies a case. The results review the integration of EC and SCM can greatly improve the development of consumer electronics enterprises, meanwhile, this reformation must be carried out if enterprises want to survive in the intense market competition. Moreover, this integration innovates the organization and management of SCM, makes SCM more flexible. It is expected that the findings of this study can provide useful information for consumer electronics business as well as for SCM innovation.
