Farmers Land Contracting Right And Behavioral Research

With the development of economy, it is the inevitable trend to development the agriculture through large-scale management. Household contract responsibility system is China's land administration system now. The only way to collect the farmland for large-scale management is to accelerate the circulation of land contract-management right (LCMR).The circulation of LCMR has a series of norms in law now, but there are many problems when it is operated in practice. The economy has entered a new stage. The industry assists the development of the agriculture. In such new macro environment, the circulation of LCMR faces opportunities and challenges meanwhile. Holding the opportunities to break through the bottlenecks in the circulation of LCMR and to push it to a new stage is of great significance.This dissertation starts with the summarizing of the theory of the circulation of LCMR, farmer behavior and the experience of rural land circulation. Choosing the farmers in Shaoxing County for investigation, do empirical research on farmers' behavior on the circulation of LCMR. On the basis of theoretical analysis, it puts forward the research hypotheses. Then it explores the main factors that have impact on farmers' behavior on the circulation of LCMR using Logistic model analysis and desire analysis. It attempts to reveal the new problems and the bottlenecks emerged in the circulation of LCMR currently. According to the results of investigation and data analysis, several research conclusions are drawn:First, taking Shaoxing County as an example, in some places where the circulation of LCMR has a good situation, the circulation of LCMR is becoming market-oriented and standardized, but there are still many problems to solve.Second, raising the culture qualities of farmers contributes to boost the process of the circulation of LCMR.Third, farmers' excessive reliance on the protection functions of LCMR has impeded the process of the circulation of LCMR.Last, the implement of "Favor Farmers" policy is a challenge to the circulation of LCMR, but also an opportunity. We should seize this opportunity to boost the circulation of LCMR to a higher stage.
