Characteristics Of Pre-project Decision-making Behavior

The quality and science of the previous decision of the project have determined the quality even success or failure of the project to a great extent, the improvement of project previous decision science and validity depend on project decision method as well as the research and development of behavior decision. Domestic research is mainly centering in the decision method in present, although the research can improve result and efficiency of the previous decision of the project to a great extent, but can't solve the validity problem of decision completely yet only by it.Under the summary of consulting materials and a large number of documents of collecting some domestic and international projects in an all-round way, according to the characteristic of project and project previous decision activity, this text explained the behavior of some common decision behaviors in project previous decision stage namely project is it ferment and study demonstration stage to conceive, analyzed the reason for producing these behaviors, objective appraisal these influence on project decision of behavior, explored to the method how these behaviors go after profits and avoid disadvantages, and on this basis , have summarized the decision behavior characteristic at corresponding stage. The research of this text belongs to the describing decision theory; the mainly research approach is the analysis and summed up of the decision. Hope to give people the experience and lessons through describing different results of different decision behaviors, in order to contribute to the previous policymaker of the project and consult and draw lessons from, improve the validity of the decision activity.
