The purpose of this paper is base on nuclear ore of CNNC. The nuclear ore corporation is military corporation as well as national corporation.the route of nuclear ore corporation development keeps up with development of our defence undertaking,but it is more difficult than another kinds of corporation.difference between nuclear ore corporation and another kinds of corporation becomes clearly,some department of our country begin to pay attation to this things. Underdevelopment of nuclear ore corporation is personal reasons as well as histortal reasons.The histortal reasons includes:the location of corporation is desolate,traffic is poor,information is absent,impact of development of transfermance of our country.The personal reasons includes: depending on nation,requirement from nation ect.the emphasis of this paper is the problem that probes performance of nuclear ore corporation human resours . The paper includes seven parts.The first part is background interrelateing with corporation including conspectus of corporation development,reality of salary system and performance of corporation.The second part is assay of performance of corporation ,we acquire the problem of performance,comment and advice of employees by using paper interview,symposium and the second datum .The third part is countermeasure that can improve performance of administer,based on investigation , the mass of employees of ore corporation has been drawn up different index of performance and norm of measurement.The fourth part is countermeasure that improve assistance of performance , it is the importment undertake that can achieve to object of performance plan,the central work include intercourse of performance and record of performance.The fifth part is countermeasure that improve evaluation of performance,we contrast actual performance with objective performance that include method of evaluation,period of evaluation,object of evaluation .The sixth part is countermeasure that improve apply of performance,it is the destination of pre-performance as well as starting point of next performance,we can use that may feedback performance of employees,evidence of encouragement,punishment.We will pay attation to next problems-the management performance is the sword with two sides impartment,if we use correctly we will obtain better result,otherwise we will obtain inversely.So author expound some problem that realate with this paper and hope people can take into account.
