Marketing is a key link in the chain of an enterprise's survival and development. If an enterprise wants to survive and develop against intense competition, it must satisfy its customers more than its competitors. Establishing the marketing strategy through this clear thread, it is very important to ensure the continuous development of an enterprise. Drawing up an applicable marketing strategy that can ensure that the DF Group can develop continuously this thesis also checks up what I have learned in the MBA course. This thesis begins with synthesizing and explaining the basic principle of the marketing strategy. Then, using the theory and method learned in the course, I carried out an analysis and research in DF Group's marketing environment and internal resources. I carried out a detailed analysis of the market segments and based on this deciding the market strategy. Finally, I developed DF group's marketing strategy including products strategy, price strategy, service strategy, channel strategy, selling team construction strategy, marketing organizing strategy, etc. This thesis makes an exploratory research for establishing DF Group's all-round, reasonable and viable system of marketing strategy; it also establishes strategy system, which is relatively-perfect, specific, referring to all marketing angles. It will give a great pushing effect for reinforcing DF Group's management strategy , improving its operating efficiency in the market. The study has implications for similar enterprises to enhance new market development.
