Dalian X software company is a joint-stock enterprise which have been for more than a year, and mainly engaged in software outsourcing and IT talented person cooperate providing. The company is carrying on project continuously and expanding new business, thereby more employees be needed increasingly. External environment is violent variety. Competitors are snatching the limited IT talent person, too. Base on the above background, this paper puts great emphasis upon analyze the compensation characteristics of the company's core person-the software developer, and uses for reference from the head office's compensation system, and establishes a suitable compensation project that can attract and retain the software talented person.In this thesis, through collecting and researching the literature around all kinds of compensation management and software project management theories, author firstly introduces the compensation characteristics of IT talent person, so as to direct the redesign work. Secondly intensively analyses the human resource structure and compensation actuality of the company, author integrates the human resource strategy with the process of compensation design, redesigns the compensation of software developer, and make it systemic. Finally set forth assurance to implement.The paper adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, and researches the feedback of compensation status quo and the individuation request of software developer, so as to provide the pressing life service.Through the textual research, this paper draws a conclusion about compensation design thereinafter. To design compensation, which couldn't copy the theory in ones mind's eyes without foundation, and should be understood the viewpoints of designed main body considering applicability. To design compensation, which should find the key point of the human resource problem and resolvent, then improve continuously.
