Study Of Road Transport Regulation

The dissertation is based on the reform of market mechanism.The theory of regulation has been applied to discuss the basis and method of regulation of Road Transport.The experience of regulation of Road Transport of other countries has been used for reference.Then the problems of regulation of Road Transport of our country has been analysed, and a concrete plan of reforming the regulation of Road Transport of our country is put forward.The innovation of this dissertation: According to the theory of regulation and the speciality of Road Transport industry, the externality of Road Transport is proved as the basis of regulation of Road Transport, and the theory of regulation of Road Transport has been discussed exploratively.
