The real estate marketing of HangZhou is developing quickly, and purchasing power of the classical production is releasing, that quite a few persons who have superior earning, starting buying much more better housing, inversely, the basic demand of families who have medium and low income are not satisfied, and the environment of housing becomes badly. Due to the requirement of promoting social equity, it has to pay attention to housing problem becomes a very important issue.This thesis discusses that the Housing problem of families having medium and low income in HangZhou, and expounds an exploratory development on measurement system of customer satisfaction in housing problem, discussing the importance and necessity about customer satisfaction in practice.On the basis of literature review and an investigation of the actuality of housing problem of families having medium and low income in HangZhou, the author identifies two main existing problems. In order to resolve these problems, the author presents a measurement index system, including multiple dimensions and layers, and two questionnaires transformed from the system.The author uses SPSS 11.0 for Windows to make a reliability analysis and a validity analysis on the data obtained through a questionnaire survey on both inpatients and outpatients. The results indicate that the measurement index system is reasonable and applicable for housing problem in China, and results of a sample investigation in HangZhou illustrate that the model can be used to solve many social problems in housing marketing.The author also starts an empirical research into the methods to apply the system to housing marketing in HangZhou. On the basis of the research, the author presents four methods of analyzing the data obtained through customer satisfaction investigation. Besides, in the course of analyzing the demands of different type inhabitants in housing marketing, the paper tries to discuss the demands of social vulnerable groups, and makes relevant suggestions for resolving housing problem.
