With the deepening of the research into the entrepreneurship and the rising of the entrepreneurial activities, many researchers, governments and entrepreneurs have come to realize that entrepreneurship is an effective approach that can stimulate the economic growth and acquire the global competitiveness. The main objective of this dissertation is to discuss the construction of the corporate entrepreneurship organizing competence and the relationship between such competence and entrepreneurial performance. At the first stage, based on the research into a great deal of literature, this dissertation comes up with the dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship organizing competence and attempts to establish the model of corporate entrepreneurship organizing competence in the context of China. At the second stage, the author of this dissertation has interviewed 27 high and middle-level managers of 16 fast-growing companies in Hangzhou High-tech Park. During this stage, the author uses such techniques as "Critical Incident Technology (CIT)" and "Content Analysis" to analyze the organizing competence represented in corporate entrepreneurship in order to predigest the structure of the construct of the corporate entrepreneurship organizing competence. At the third stage, based on the previous stage, the questionnaire research has been conducted involving the high and middle-level management of companies in Hangzhou of Zhejiang, Henan, and Hebei provinces. A total of 310 questionnaires have been distributed, and 176 eligible questionnaires retrieved. Through the research of the former three stages, we can draw the following conclusions and results:1. The construct of corporate entrepreneurship organizational competence is constituted by proactiveness, team orientation, network interaction, knowledge sharing, learning commitment and risk taking.2. The foregoing dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship organizational competence obviously vary from one another in the organizational variants like organization scale, foundation period, etc. The relationship between corporate entrepreneurship organizational competence and corporate performance is affected by the adjustable variant of organization developmental stages.3. At different developmental stages of a company, the corporate entrepreneurship organizational competence exerts varied impacts on the corporateperformance through its different dimensions. When regression analysis is conducted for the corporate entrepreneurship organizational competence at different stages, dimensions of the competence available in the regression equation vary from stage to stage. Thus, several noteworthy findings are listed below:a) At the initial entrepreneurial stage, network interaction has negative effects on survival performance;b) At the initial entrepreneurial stage, proactiveness has positive effects on successful performance, but has no significant influence on survival performance.c) At the secondary entrepreneurial stage, team orientation has significant effects on the corporate success. When regression analysis is conducted for the successful performance, only team orientation enters regression equation, which means team orientation has greater effects on the success of corporate performance at this stage.
