Economic development and the intensification of competition gave birth to more and more corporate entrepreneurship, and the corporate entrepreneurship is increasingly becoming an important area of entrepreneurship research. When domestic and foreign scholars studying new ventures, they attempt to apply entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial methods with which new ventures form their competitive advantage to the established enterprises and their entrepreneurial change.At present, in domestic and international corporate entrepreneurship research area, it is becoming one of important directions that hold the view that corporate entrepreneurship is the process of knowledge activity and proceed their research from the perspective of knowledge creation.Organizational learning is now an important way to acquire new knowledge, but if we do not pay attention to the screening value of knowledge and absorb knowledge that will hinder the corporate entrepreneurship, it will hinder the process of corporate entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance improvement. Selective abandonment of knowledge, namely unlearning has been widely used in the theory of organizational change, the study of entrepreneurship in the company, the introduction of unlearning to combine it with organizational learning will show whole picture of the activities of organizational knowledge. It is a good way to explore the behavior of the mechanism underlying corporate entrepreneurship.Therefore, this paper firstly reviewed the theory of entrepreneurship, and based on this we model and stimulate the process of entrepreneur unlearn the useless knowledge to explore that how the unlearning influence their decision and the entrepreneurial performance under different opportunity environment.Studies show that entrepreneurs' unlearning the useless knowledge will affect the entrepreneurial performance:in a stable opportunity environment, entrepreneurs who can unlearn faster will grasp the opportunities better and create better business performance than slower ones;In a fluctuant opportunity environment, entrepreneurs who can unlearn slower will grasp the opportunities better and create better business performance than faster ones;On the other hand, in the stable opportunity environment, entrepreneurs who quickly unlearn their experience and knowledge need to constantly slow down in order to obtain good business performance;In the fluctuant opportunity environment, entrepreneurs who slowly unlearn their experience and knowledge need to constantly speed up in order to obtain good business performance;On the basis of the above, we testify the impact of unlearning to entrepreneurial performance, and in the relationship we add entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning to empirical research respectively.The empirical results show that unlearning out of date experience and knowledge will significantly enhance entrepreneurial performance, organizational learning individually will significantly enhance business performance, the cross-effects of organizations unlearning and organizational learning will significantly affect the company's business performance levels;entrepreneurial orientation will significantly enhance business performance in the process of entrepreneurship, but the cross-effects of organizations unlearning and entrepreneurial orientation does not significantly promote the performance.This study shows that entrepreneurs'unlearning their past experience and knowledge will affecte the level of entrepreneurial performance by influencing their utilization of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial resources. The cross-effects of organizations unlearning and organizational learning will significantly promote the knowledge creation during the entrepreneurial process.In the knowledge creation field of entrepreneurship research, the introduction of knowledge unlearning can construct knowledge activity behavior analysis framework in the process of entrepreneurial changes, and bring new research ideas for entrepreneurship research.
