Since the new century came, our logistics industry has developedquickly. As the logistics industry developed, there is a very big disparitybetween the corporations of our country and the foreign country's. Basedon the fact of the bad competitiveness, it is of great value to the logisticsenterprise competitiveness. By this, it can promote the logistics industrydevelopment, and enhance the competitiveness of our logisticscorporations on the international market.From the fact, the paper studies thoroughly the logistics enterprisecompetitiveness, combined the competitiveness theory and the analysis oflogistics enterprise environment. The paper contains six chapters, and thework can be summarized as the follows.1. We discuss the concept of logistics enterprise and the theory ofenterprise competitiveness, and analyze the logistics enterpriseenvironment in brief. We quote the theory of "the Resource School" and"the Competence School". From the core resource, the core competenceand the core assets, we analyze the elements and their implications.2. We put forward the evaluation indicator system for logisticsenterprise competitiveness, which is made up of 4 hierarchies, and 75indicators, on the base of analysis of enterprise competitiveness, logisticsenterprise environment and the fact.3. We establish the evaluation methodology for logistics enterprisecompetitiveness, which contains the standardization of indicators, theweight of each indicator, and the computation model. Analytic hierarchyprocess (AHP) is introduced to calculate the weight of each indicator.4. We also implement the study of demonstration. We choose 5shipping corporations in our country and evaluate their competitivenessand then give strategies to strengthen the target company'scompetitiveness.Finally, we give the main achievement, and then describe theshortcoming and the needing further study briefly and correctly.
