Chinese government has well improved its investment environment since China's entryto WTO on December 2001.China automobile market develops at a tremendous speedever since.As the traditional world automobile market tends to be saturatednowadays ,muiltinational automobile corporations initial fierce competiton Chinaautomobile market .The corporation which can gain competitive advantage and occupya larger market share in the world's largest automobile market will definitely enhance itsstatus in the world automobile industry.Under this background,the multinationalautomobile corportations enter into China market subsequently while transfer theirinvestment center into China and speed up expansion in China.As to Korea automobilecorporations ,this is also a great chance.Although Korea automobile groups ,such asHYUNDAI and KIA ,have achieved good results since 2002,these are just preliminaryachievements.We have to admit that there are problems existing in their investment inChina in terms of Research & Dvelopment ,technology as well as brandestablishing.While multinational automobile corporations have successfully occupiedChina market through implementation of various strategies.To firmly stand on Chinaautomobile market ,Korea automobile corporations have to be well familiar with thismarket and learn from other's successful strategies.Korea automobile corporations have great potential in China.The aim of this paper is toanalyze the successful stategies of multinational corporations and providecounter-measures for the further development of Korea automobile corporations inChina.
