Facing the challenge of increasing competition and the diversification and individualization of consumer's demand, while with the implementing the terms of sino-Ameraican WTO agreement concering Logistics bulwark, more and more enterprises begin to be absorbed into the domain that they are good at and the cooperation with other enterprises. Logistics. Outsourcing, as a stratagem to utilize limited resource, to reduce cost and to upgrade the core competence, has been a trend adopted by enterprises. But the relationships between shippers and the Third-Party Logistics(TPL) are not satisfied, reseans are as fellows: the incorrect orientation to the shippers, no emphases for shippers to establish and maintenance the relationships and lack of evaluation on the relationships.On the basis of analyzing the key factors of Logistics outsourcing relationships on shippers perspective, the thesis emphases on conceiving a model to link up the factors and evaluation of the relationships. First, by a mass of literature research and practical interview, eight key factors that influence the outsourcing relationship most are classified into two dimensionality. Second, a factor-system of relationships evaluation are formed. And then, demonstrated by modeling SEM, the thesis got the following conclusion:① Both the behavior & idea factors and the environment & struture factors have significant influences on the Logistics outsourcing relationships;② The factors of the two dimensionality have no correlation, but the three evaluation factors have significant correlation;③ As a whole, the environment & struture factors have more significant influences on the Logistics outsourcing relationships than the behavior & idea factors;④ Concretely, the environment & struture factors have more significant influences on the impact of relationships ,and the behavior & idea factors have more significant influences on the customer service,and the two dimensionality factors have less influences on the intimacy of relationships;⑤ Of the eight key factors, communication, commitment, the characters of trade and market have more significant influences on the relationships.Finally, the thesis summarizes the conclusion and offers suggestions for future research.
