Empirical Research On Performance Influencing Factors Of IT Company Outsourcing

In IT industry, the performance of outsourcing decides if the company will get a successful outsourcing. The outsourcing performance is a major indicator that the outsourcing is succeeded or not in IT company.Recent years, more and more companies choose the outsourcing strat-egy. Also there’re many scholars starts to discuss the performance of out-sourcing. But, the research on the factor of outsourcing performance par-ticular in realistic research is limited. In order to verify the veracity of strategy about outsourcing is truly provide the more benefit, how to choose the correct strategy of outsourcing in limited cost in company, which factor is the most important to improve the performance of out-sourcing in IT company.Based on Transaction Costs Theory, Agency Cost Theory and Social Exchange Theory, from IT company’s strategy, the relationship between IT company and outsourcing and IT company’s outsourcing contract sides, use AHP method to build performance of outsourcing model through ex-perts’ questionnaire survey and internal discussion, also use YAAHP7.5to do data consistency check, calculate the relative weight of each factor calculate the relative weight of each factor with mathematical operation and sort it, help IT company to alternative consider the each factor im-portance, provide the suggestion for company which needs to create the outsourcing strategy to improve company entirety benefit.
