Research On Profit Mode And Development Trend Of China’s B2C Electric Business Enterprise

With the increasing progress of science and technology, information technology and the further development of the Internet information technology, the electronic commerce has been growing fast like a raging fire. More and more enterprises put the electronic commerce at the first trading method,and some traditional companies even shift the operating procedure from offline to online operation. Electronic commerce becomes the vital trading method between enterprises, enterprises to individuals, individual and personal. Although some domestic B2C companies have developed rapidly, but also has ushered in the overseas listing. However, it does not show an along-term sustainable profitability although these enterprises have a rapid development with the listed according to the relevant report and financial reports within companies. Jingdong as the most famous electronic commerce for example is analyzed in its profit model, the management of the development and reasonable suggestions of profit trend to provide reference for other similar enterprises.The analysis and research of this thesis is divided into 5 parts:First,The development background, research purpose, significance, research methods and ideas of e-commerce are described in this paper. Second, The concept, classification and the B2C profit model are reviewed. Third, the current development of Jingdong, including change of Jingdong, shareholders, business development status, competitive advantages and features are described and analyzed. Forth, the profit pattern of Jingdong,elements analysis, financial analysis, Jingdong capital mode bringing the influence to Jingding are researched and analysised in detail. Fifth, Through the analysis, it analyzes the problems existing in the Jingdong’s profit model and puts forward some corresponding suggestions, at the same time, it also predicts the future profit model and development trend of the Jingdong.Through the analysis, the author comes to the conclusion and suggestion:from the perspective of financial analysis, the financial indexes of Jingdong is higher than Dangdang, part is less than the Amazon, and the profit loss in a row, Jingdong development is still at risk. To this end, the author believes that the Jingdong needs to be improved from the following 3 to protect the short-term and long-term profit and development:First, Business need to develop in depth. The business value chain begins from the source, and skip the middleman to improve the profit rate and increase in net profit. Second, Jingdong need to build Internet banking as the main profitable business. Third, Jingdong achieve profit through large data processing services.
