Evaluation Studies, Based On International Competition, China's Core Competitiveness Of Enterprises

The paper apply the system theory, competitive advantage theory, grey theory, fuzzy theory, artificial neural network theory to research core competence theoretical and evaluation, expect to answer these questions such as "what is the core competence", "how is core competence of China's enterprises in international competition performance", "how to enhance our enterprise's core competence", "how to evaluate the enterprise's core competence scientifically" etc.For these research purposes, the paper first to explain the core competence evaluation theory, and refers to the content of this study on the base of comparative studies the enterprise's core competence concept, and gives author's view about the core competence of enterprises. Summary analyzes the characteristics of the core competence of enterprises, and the role of the core competence play briefly, emphasis analyses on the composition of core competence. On the basis of analyze present core competence of our enterprises, by comparative studies the existing core competence of enterprise's evaluation index systems, from internal and external perspectives, add analyze of the composition of core competence, according to certain principles to constructive enterprise's core competence evaluation index system.Evaluation model and method is the key to evaluate the core competence of enterprises, the paper gives detailed discussions on the methods of evaluate core competence of enterprises: Use grey and multi-level evaluation model to appraise core competence of different enterprise, the evaluation method based on BP model to appraise enterprise's core competence of different terms, and gives cases research, for appraise core competence of our enterprise objectly makes useful reference. In the last, by analyzes the competence status of China's enterprise, gives advices to enhance our enterprise's core competence.
