Sustainable development in China is still in primary stage, having many difficulties. Recycle economy is an important instrument to change the conventional linear development mode and realize sustainable development. West area is the ecological protective screen of our country. How to keep the sustainable development of economy in western development is a urgent problem now. But developing recycle economy is just the key to solve this problem.First of all, the dissertation presents the history of the cyclic economy theory and the process of the cyclic economy technology envelopment according those available data. Then the result is found that recycle economy is a necessary product of economy developing course and recycle economy is necessary for west area' s deep development.Finally, the dissertation analyzes many restricted factors of recycle economy development in our country at present and the experiences of our country and some developed countries. Then it expounds that the important effects of government, the company and the public in the course of recycle economy' s fast development in west area. In the end, the dissertation gives the main tactics and means of developing recycle economy better in west area.
