Internet companies as an important part of modern enterprise, not only faced with the problem of insufficient talents reserves, but also faced the employees phenomenon of high flow, Influence enterprise development is the key to reduce staff turnover. Psychological contract has always been the hot spot of the management research, if managers pay attention to the psychological contract of employees, fully understand the employee’s expectations and requirements, can effectively solve the problem of low employee satisfaction and talents with high turnover rate.This article through the consult psychological contract and job satisfaction and turnover intention of literature, combing the relevant research status of the system, design the questionnaire, by select all on-the-job personnel of S Internet companies as the research object to carry out questionnaire, questionnaire recovery and finishing. In order to data processing,we choice statistical software of SPSS. In this paper through the empirical analysis in S enterprises obtained the main conclusions are as follows:(1) S company employees’ overall psychological contract, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the upper level;(2) Demographic variables on the influence of psychological contract, job satisfaction, turnover intention has significant differences: on the environment of incentive and the dimension of growth opportunities, marital status of psychological contract is very significant, the influence of different ages on job satisfaction and turnover intention exists significant difference, different education level there are also significant differences on job satisfaction;(3) Between psychological contract and job satisfaction has significantly positive correlation, and the psychological contract on job satisfaction have significant predictive power;(4) Between psychological contract and turnover tendency has significantly negative correlation between psychological contract and turnover intention have significant predictive power;(5) Between job satisfaction and turnover intention showed significant negative correlation, and job satisfaction on turnover intention have significant predictive power;(6) In the relationship between psychological contract and turnover intention, job satisfaction plays a partial intermediary role.According to the company S low present situation of high job satisfaction, turnover intention, put forward the following suggestions to the company S management: To improve enterprise employees’ overall psychological contract from the three dimensions of psychological contract; make satisfaction to play a role of intermediary, to reduce staff turnover intention. This article innovation point through the empirical research on the psychological contract, the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention for employees, and focus on S Internet companies.
