Jiangsu China Mobile Taizhou branch is the biggest mobile communication operating company in Taizhou area. It's employment mechanism gradually develops into categories A, B, and C, among which group C takes the most part of the employees and plays a determining role in company performance. In the past recent years, satisfaction level of employees of group C is getting lower and lower, and resignation rate is getting higher and higher. Whether the company can make them more satisfactory and, therefore, can motivate their enthusiasm and improve their performance will directly affect the company's further development.Based on Maslow' Hierarchy of Needs, Two-Factor Theory, Equity Theory, and Goal-setting Theory, this article, on the basis of detailed and true statistics, studies the methods of enhancing satisfaction level of group C of Taizhou Mobile. It firstly introduces the company's human resource management mechanism. We will recognize that the position of those employees in the HR structure extremely does not match their contribution to the company. Then, the article gives a concrete description of all kinds of factors affecting the satisfaction level of group C through questionnaire and individual interviews, meanwhile it analyzes several key factors making group C satisfactory by taking advantage of motivation theories. Finally, by studying and analyzing these key factors further, it raises the concerning tactics and detailed measures to facilitate the company to best improve the satisfaction level of group C.
