It bases on existing supply chain and correlative operation model to analysis the company's supply chain model and its problem. It is base on fundamental that the supply chain must suit for company's strategy, and match products'demand and type, and the efficiency of the supply chain and balance the response ability, and produce delay. From customer survey, I got the customer's practice needs and their latent indefinite demand, confirm the supply chain model to suit the company. On the basis of analyzing existence production, craftwork and process to gain the conclusion what ChengDu-HaiDa's product and manufacture can realize delay production.
