| It is important to keep the investment of pension fund for the social security system. Pension fund are accumulating rapidly and coming into being a great power of capital. Because of this, how to maintain and increase the value of pension fund becomes the main problem in the whole social security system.However, the current investment and operation situation of the pension fund is imperfect. How to extend the investing channel to increase the fund value becomes a very important topic.Firstly, the author discusses the reason of the lack of investment of the pension fund in China. And then indicate the hypothesis of investing the pension fund in the Entity economy. Secondly, the possibility analysis of infrastructure and economically affordable housing is discussed in the following sections. Finally, the exploring of the investment risk management which under the pension fund background of entity economy investing is also discussed by the author.Section1 gives general description of the pension funds'investment and analyses the existing problems in the investment of pension fund, by research to the current environment of capital market in China.Trying to develop new investment channel seems to be the only way out, and we debate a lot of this topic.
