In our country, the e-commerce one development first stage at what has been gone through " whether concept scalped " and "the second stage that the company " competitively emerges later, have already entered the third stage that reason has developed at present. So-called reason, mean , at theory in e-commerce know , change in the past valuing " electron " more than wrong viewing of " commercial affair " on one hand, realize e-commerce " electron " is only a foundation , " commercial affair " is a core. On the other hand , on the choice to the profit mode of e-commerce , no longer ask and demand perfection greatly, but according to enterprise's own characteristics , specialize in deeply , construct the websites with key competitive power. Manage the key competitive power in the meaning, mean enterprises take shape in the course of management, difficult to what the rival imitates , and can bring the ability of the super-profit. This kind of ability is reflected by profit mode selection of e-commerce, mean , choose one mode that can't learn for other enterprises , study cost quite high mode, to realize the sustainable development of websites. It means enterprises can offer value to customer , enterprises can share the organic systems of the interests with other participants at the same time . It includes products and service flowing , structure of information flow and funds, and the description of different participants and roles, still include different participant's incomes and division assigning, it is a source of the key competitiveness of an enterprise.
