Since twenty-first Century,"Internet plus" as a new economic form is spread to all walks of life.The express industry has developed rapidly in recent years,especially in the "push Internet plus",gradually accepted by society,and occupies an important position.With the economic transformation and upgrading,China's private express enterprise development more and more uneven in quality.Most of the courier company profit space is compressed,the gross margin is more and more small,to seize the market through conventional methods have been difficult to break,it is necessary to make a change in the business model.The business model has no uniform conclusion of the case,according to the background and transaction cost,economic rent theory,selection Taking the "Wei Zhu business model" model as the research tool.In the "Wei Zhu business model" six elements-value positioning,business system,profit model,key resources and capabilities,On the basis of cash flow structure and value creation,a new seventh factor,capital operation,is added.It is found that Shunfeng has an accurate and clear orientation,a comprehensive and smooth business system,a relatively rich resource and ability,a suitable cash flow structure and a diversified profit model for the private express enterprises in China.This creates a value far greater than that of the same industry,and these experiences are worth learning from the same industry.At the same time,Shunfeng also exposes some problems.This article combined with the experience of the new era and the characteristics of "Wei Zhu business model",put forward several suggestions,including the value orientation,business concept innovation;business system To optimize the organizational structure;to improve the quality of employees in terms of key resources and capabilities,to further strengthen the integration with the Internet,and to combine big data with the power of income generation;in capital operation,to gauge the situation,and to make early investigation,preparation and publicity.The same business model may not apply in the future.Private express companies of china,including Shunfeng,need work hard together.
