Use Of The Sustainable Development Of The Resource-based Management Decision-making Model And Countermeasures Research

Resources are the material bases of human survival and society development.It's very important of resources development to utilizing resources, increasing society wealth, increasing economic efficiency, protecting the natural ecological balance. And the degree of resource management is the symbol of reflecting the progress of human society and scientific and technological level.Recently, the development of resources of our country has developed quickly. Resource management has presented thinking much of government & technique appraisal, and making light of market, the public, & the offspring, and forgetting compasating to others.It restricts harmonious of resource development, and leads to resource potential risk. Taking into account of that, under the guidance of sustainalble development and market economic of regulation, the paper uses fuzzy appraisal, AHP, PCA, commission process, and Matlab software to establish management decision-making model. In this paper, we talk about the resource management ont the basis of sustainable development. The main research contents are as follows:1. The theory foundation of this modelThe view of sustainable development and market economic of regulation are the guidelines of this paper. We believe they also will become the guidelines in the future resource management field. The sustainable development maintain resource coordination between contemporary and the next; Market economic of regulation maintain the 3 market economy subject, including government, market, & the public, participate in resources management decision together, give consideration to their each interests and also pursue total interests to maximize.2. Setting-up of the resource management decision modelUnder the guidance of aforesaid theory, this paper has establish the index systems of" two systems ", and chosen the more useful index with PCA method, and finally, we found the resource management decision model from two angles of "economy-society-environment" and "government-market-public" separately.
