Entrepreneurial Human Capital Development And Use

Entrepreneur human capital is the core producers' factor that can combine multifarious producers' factors. Entrepreneur human capital not only determine enterprises' survival and development, but also is the important support of country's economy's development in a normal and stable way. Now we haven't exactly estimate the function of entrepreneur human capital, and the prompting to entrepreneur is poor. So we should be established in the status in quo of entrepreneur human capital of our country, and analyze entrepreneur human capital's function to enterprises and set up evaluating system of entrepreneur human capital performance and prompting mechanism.Chapter one explained the significance and purpose, and summarized study status quo about entrepreneur human capital roundly. Expatiating enterprise theory and entrepreneur theory and human capital theory, and put forward opinions of myself as the basic of study.Chapter two discussed the formation and choice of entrepreneur human capital. This part studies on that topic in terms of market selection mechanism and signaling mechanism. The choice of entrepreneur actually is a collocating problem. Signals include degree, experience and personal capital and society capital.Chapter three studied the performance of entrepreneur human capital. Depending on the relation of entrepreneur human capital to competitiveness of enterprises, explored entrepreneur human capital's contribution to enterprises. Set up the evaluating system of performance of entrepreneur human capital newly and gave an example.Chapter four analyzed the usage of entrepreneur human capital. After studied demands of entrepreneurs, put forward some prompting measures, including matter and not matter, and gave the positive function of supervising system.Chapter five analyzed the position of entrepreneur human capital of our country, and gave some policy proposals.Chapter six is the conclusion of this paper, giving foregrounds of this study field briefly.
