Researsh On The Relationship Of Entrepreneur Human Capital And Enterprise's Performance

The entrepreneurs not only are the scarcest resources.The exertion of the entrepreneurs lies on the capacity of their human capital.Meanwhile,cognizing entrepreneurs' human capital comprehensively and accurately is the prerequisite to discuss how to realize their value.Therefore,the healthy development forward of the enterprise depends on whether there is a high-quality and high-ability professional team of entrepreneurs.Furthermore,the key of establishing the team of entrepreneurs is the level of entrepreneurs' human capital which is the most important factor affecting the enterprise's performance.As the newer research area of the economics,the entrepreneur's human capital is the intersection of some theories including the enterprise theory,human capital theory and entrepreneur theory.The main content takes the relationship of human capital and the enterprise's performance as the research object.Firstly,the concept of the entrepreneur's human capital is defined.We put forward that the entrepreneur's human capital consists of three forms including the productive human capital,the commutative human capital,and the inspiring human capital.Besides,the author also researches the accumulation,obtaining and marketing allocation on the entrepreneur's human capital.Secondly,the relationship model of the entrepreneur's human capital and the enterprise's performance is constructed through analyzing such affecting factors as the entrepreneur's human capital,the administering mechanism of the enterprise, and the resource gift of the enterprise.Among the various factors of the model,it is the center factor and influencing the enterprise's performance definitivelyThirdly,the entrepreneur's human capital,the center of the various factors affecting the enterprise's performance,is elaborated further through respectively and specifically analyzing the influence of the productive,the commutative and the inspiring human capital to the enterprise's performance.Fourthly,the model of the performance appraisal for the entrepreneur is constructed with the fuzzy mathematics and the index analytical method, providing the methodological guide to evaluate the entrepreneur's performance.
