Jiangsu Urban Social Pension Insurance Level Measurement And Analysis

The social security level, as a key factor of the social security system, directly reflectsthe supply-demand relation of the social security funds and indirectly reflects the runningstate of social security system. It relates to the direction and effect of the social securitysystem development. Whether it is appropriate to the economic development or not hasgreat influence on the development of the society and economy and the stability of thecountry. In recent years, the comparative lag of the reform of social security system hasbecome the bottleneck in the reform of China's economic system. The social endowmentinsurance system is one of the most important parts of the social security system and thereform of it has become the emphasis of academic and practical field. Through the periodof reform, the town's social endowment insurance has basically established an institutionalframe, which adapts to the market economy system, but there still are some problems thatneed to be resolved in this system. The research results about the endowment insurance atpresent are on the theory analysis on the whole, and there is less quantitative analysis.There haven't seen the quantitative analysis about social endowment insurance level.Because of the imperfect of the social security system and of the statistical standard of thesocial security of our country, it has caused very great difficulty to the research of thesocial security level in our country. This article bases on the model of welfare economics,utilizes the welfare economics methods and the sociological methods to analyze theappropriate state of the social endowment insurance level of Jiangsu Province . Accordingto the weak areas of the social endowment insurance of Jiangsu Province, this articleanalyzes the causes that lead to current situation of social security as follows: socialendowment insurance level and the economic growth are non-synchronization; the total ofold-age pension is weakness, and the disbursement level is low; the pool level of socialendowment insurance is low , and the source of the fund is single; population agingsituation is serious, and the coverage of pension is limited. The author provides acorresponding balance strategy from the point of the social old-age insurance revenue andpayout.
