Today, the environment has already become a key factor which influences and restricts the development of the social economy increasingly. Manufacturing industry, as the mainstay of the traditional industrial society, has created the enormous wealth for human society, but at the same time, it is under the prerequisite of consuming a large number of non-renewable resources and has brought serious pollution and irreversible negative effect to the environment and ecosystem which the mankind depends on for existence. Supply Chain Management as one of the important contents of the manufacturing company management, should consider both environmental impact and resource optimized utilizing, then construct the Green Supply Chain (abbreviated as GSC), and implement the Green Supply Chain Management (abbreviated as GSCM).This paper is based on consulting a large number of references and analyzing both domestic and abroad research of GSCM and its relevant field. In this paper, firstly, it puts forward the concept and architecture of GSCM. Secondly it describes the modeling of GSCM which includes the function model, information model, resource model, organization model and process model. Thirdly it sets up the indices system of performance evaluation of GSCM based on the principle of performance evaluating, and then studies the process of performance evaluating which adopts the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process. Finally, it designs and develops a software prototype of the performance evaluation of GSCM.
