The Research On Fussy Evaluation Of Enterprise's Green Degree Under Green Supply Chain

Our manufactures are confronted with the challenge of "green trade barrier". In this situation, if Chinese enterprises want to go abroad, and to participate in the world competition, they must to upgrade the level of green supply chain Management, and to reduce the negative influence on the environment caused by the producing and operating. The effective measure of the green degree of green supply chain is conductive to identify that they fall short of the demands of the clients and the regulations'and discover the insufficiency of the green supply chain management, consequently, to adjust the strategic objective, improve the business process and advance the capability of green supply chain management. Therefore, it is necessary to take an in-depth research of the green degree evaluation in enterprise'green supply chain management.Based on the domestic and foreign research discovery of green supply chain management and green degree evaluation, the correlative research of the enterprises, I have made a study of the green degree evaluation model of enterprises'green supply chain management, and the fussy evaluation measure. Firstly, it is sum up the research's status quo of green supply chain management and green degree evaluation; secondly, founded on the conclusion of the correlative literature, to build evaluation index system follow the principle of systematization, comprehensiveness, arrangement, and maneuverability.; grounded on the partitioned design, stock, produce and other subsidiary process in the green supply chain management, combined with the green degree evaluation index system, to set up the green degree evaluation module in macroscopic view (overall), the green degree evaluation module and comprehensive evaluation modal in microscopic view(each process), give out the manner and approach of the corresponding multilevel fussy comprehensive evaluation.lastly, give an example analysis of an enterprise,and then give advises on the improvement of green supply chain management in view of the issue. It is short of objectivity, scientific, and maneuverability if evaluate green degree just through the index of holistic circumstance and the resource. Comparatively, the enterprises'green degree evaluation based on the subsidiary process partition is good at maneuverability and comprehensiveness, and it is in favor of finding the problematic process, so that it can improve green supply chain management.
