In the 21th century, global economic competition is more and more fierce. The competition among enterprises is not merely confined to the technology, capital, and market. The trend is turned from the point to surface and horizontal to vertical. It can be predicted that competition among enterprises is just the supply chain's competition in the future.Nowadays, the shortage of resource and the pollution of environmental are getting worse.How to face the strict environmental protect system, how to make of high returns, how to make a harmonious development beside environmental protect and supply chain, are becoming the essential and key factors to the success. Green supply chain management is a very important new issue adapted to the socio-economic development.However, the evaluation of the supply chain's performance is a difficult problem in the process of carrying out supply chain. Through performance evaluation, it can not only control the key regional benefits, but also for the optimization of the whole green supply chain which include: the development of the system and the improvement of the whole green supply chain's performance.Firstly, on the base of the background and research reviewed about the green supply chain, the thesis has given the concept, content, and related theory of the green supply chain. Secondly, analyses the similarities and differences between the green supply chain and traditional supply chain, and then, set up a kind of Green Supply Chain Performance Evaluation System from 5 aspects, includes: financial, processes, customer, the enterprise innovation about capacity and environmental performance. Finally, fixes the target's weight by using AHP method, fixes the target's subordinate matrix, and then evaluates the green supply chain by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
