Shanghai Pudong International Transportation Co., Ltd was founded and developed just in this background. The competition of the market will become fierce even more, because of the challenge coming from the globalization of economy and network development of information technology as well as the enlarge access of freight market after China accession to WTO.For this reason,I is necessary to take precautions on the direction of a corporation's development.In this thesis, first starting with analyzing the situation nowadays of Shanghai Pudong Corporation, says that Shanghai Pudong Corporation has to establish the advantage course,innovate and exploit new business for surviving and developing.Then in this thesis,the writer studied three questions with considering of the advantage course:how to find out the course suiting, how to find out the carrier and the partner of Shanghai Pudong Corporation, how to find out the best combination manner of the Optimistic Customer Selection Model based on LIP.In the thesis.the study result provides an evidence for Shanghai Pudong Corporation establishing the advantage course to make decision.
