Study On Several Stratgy Of The Railway Freight Forwarder In China Develop Mordern Logistics

With the economic globalization, market integration and competition internationalization tendency are even more obvious, the logistic industry of China also obtains rapid development. After entry into WTO, the railway freight forwarder which will develop the modern logistics confront with a bigger opportunity and challenge. Because the development of the railway freight forwarder in China has a profound influence to the railway transportation and the whole logistic system. Therefore, finding suitable strategies can provide- a very important theoretic instruction and practical significance for development of the railway freight forwarder as well as the whole logistic system.The paper analyzed the present situation of the railway freight forwarder and the characters of the railway freight forwarder developing the modern logistics, proposed corresponding effective strategies of the development of modern logistics and analyzed the case of China Railway United logistics limited company. This article mainly conducted the research from following aspects:(1)Compared the relations between the railway freight forwarder and the modern logistics, put a detailed analysis to its own present situation of the railway freight forwarder, then obtained the inevitability, urgency and feasibility to the development of modern logistics.(2)Applied SWOT analysis to railway freight forwarder developing modern logistics, based on its own characters, discussed the general strategies of the railway freight forwarder developing modern logistics.(3) This article made a demonstration which emphasize on how to carry out resource conformity and how to develop modern logistics operations based on its core competence. There-into the part, expatiated on the detail measures that building information platform, building virtual logistic corporation alliance, freight forwarder specialization, building network, developing E-business. Then, the article discussed the countermeasure of the sustainable development of core competence of the railway freight forwarder.(4) Combining the case of China Railway United logistics limited company, this article analysed the effective strategies for the company developing themodern logistics, which proved the Tightness of the two strategies that put forword in the article are useful for railway freight forwarder to develop modern logistics.
