The 21st century is the rapid development of information Internet era, the popularity of the Internet enrich our life, and bring us a lot of convenience, of course,the Internet also affects the economic development of our country. The organic combination of Internet and traditional industry has become the current innovations in a wide range of industries, the Internet really led to an economic recovery. As a traditional industry, after China's accession to the WTO the domestic freight forwarding has faced increasingly competition with the increasing of practitioners and the development of e-commerce. However, most of the domestic freight forwarding enterprises exist some problems such as single service, adhere to the traditional business, logistics information lag and lack of core competitiveness. Cope with the effects of the new economic situation freight forwarding enterprise how to use the "Internet plus" model to drive their own development will become the focus of the freight forwarding enterprise current development, the research contents of this paper is how to use the Internet to make up for A company's own weaknesses, develop their own strengths, win their own competitive advantage in today's fierce competition.In this paper, taking A company as the research object, combining the forwarding industry operating status in China, analyzes the internal conditions and external environment of A Company by using field research, SWOT analysis, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then use the SWOT analysis on the development of A company "Internet plus" forwarding business internal strengths,weaknesses, the opportunities and threats faced by analysis and research, this paper expounds the process of "Internet plus" forwarder business index evaluation system established, define the content and the weight of the index evaluation system, make the evaluation and analysis of the development of A company "Internet plus" forwarding business. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of A company "Internet plus" forwarding business by the theories of management, economics and statistics, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the decision-making of the leaders concerned.
