Tripartite Mechanism Of Labor Relations In Transition Study

Labor relation is the most basic and the most sensitive part of socio-economic relation, which not only affects the economy, but also have an impact on our political structure and social stability. In the face of the long-standing and deepening contradictions and conflicts of labor relation, the ecological political concept of pursuing coordination and balance is of great inspiration. Coordinating the relation between labor and capital with conflict of interest is conducive to resolving contradictions in interest and conflict of interest, which is also a very important subject we have to face in the social-economic life. All these require us to construct an effective coordination mechanism based on the ecological political mode of thinking to promote labor relation in balance, and to promote social harmony and stability, and the tripartite mechanism of labor relation is the practice of a market economy country. However, as China is now in the transitional phase to a market economy and it is still at the initial stage, though the tripartite mechanism has been proposed, there are still many problems and difficulties which affects its full play. This paper mainly studies the tripartite mechanism from five aspects with the main thread of conflict-game theory- harmony.The first part mainly illustrates the present research on the tripartite mechanism of labor relation both at home and abroad and the analytical tool of ecological political theory. Through analysis, we can see that the tripartite mechanism - a standardized and institutionalized coordination pattern for labor relation is the inevitable choice for China's establishment of a socialist market economic system of labor relation. The construction of a harmonious tripartite mechanism of labor relation, under the guidance of the ecological political theory which emphasizes social synergy and ecological interaction, in a certain sense, can achieve the unification of research methods and research targets.The second part mainly concentrates on the mode of labor relation between the planned economy, the transitional phase to a market economy and the market economy from the perspective of ecological political theory. And the analysis leads to the conclusion that China is presently in an ecological environment characterized by transiting from a labor relation with conflict of interest in transition to a market economy to a coordinating labor relation in market economy phase.
