Since the reform and opening up,the status of private enterprises has become increasingly prominent.They have made great contributions in the development of economy and labor force employment.However,while seeing the positive role of private enterprises,we should also look squarely at the increasing number of labour disputes in private enterprises.In view of this,this paper focuses on the relationship between Labor and capital of private enterprises,and points out the status quo and causes of labor contradictions.From the view of game theory,the reason of the contradiction of private enterprise labor is to propose that the government-led,labor and management as the main body,tripartite mechanism to promote the power,establish a long-term cooperative game mechanism for the basic path choice,and put forward the proposal to build harmonious labor relations.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,current research situation,research contents and methods,and expounds the relevant theoretical bases.Secondly,the paper points out the basic characteristics of labor relations in private enterprises and the status quo of labor relations,through the investigation and interviews of the current situation of labor relations in 11 private enterprises in Hebei province,further confirms the basic situation of labor relations in private enterprises,and sums up the causes of labor contradictions.Again,from the point of view of game theory,the paper analyses the reasons of disharmony of industrial relations in private enterprises,mainly through the analysis of enterprises and laborers,enterprises and government,enterprises and trade unions,and puts forward the realization mode of harmonious labor relations between private enterprises,namely,the establishment of long-term cooperative game mechanism.Finally,this paper proposes a proposal to construct harmonious labor relations between private enterprises.In order to realize harmonious labor relations,enterprises should actively play their main role,the government should actively play its leading role,the trade unions should also actively safeguard the interests of workers,in addition,workers must also through various ways to continuously enhance their power in the labor game.
