Labor relations is one of the most basic and important social relations in a society. Withthe deepening of reform and opening up, significant changes also occurred in China’seconomic and social areas, labor relations are increasingly complex, prominent contradictions,calls for the construction of harmonious labor relations in the community is also growing, andfrom such areas as economics, management, sociology, law research, exploring the causes,seek a solution. This main research problems in labor relations in the tripartite coordinationmechanism in China and discussion on countermeasures. Article mainly divided into fiveparts:First part is an introduction, mainly introduces the research study on the background,significance, contents and methods of research, explain the research, done for the writingbelow bedding.The second part describes the particularity of Socialist Labor relations, explain thetheoretical significance of handling labor relations.Part III analysis of Huangpu district, for example the current characteristics of the laborrelations elaborate on labor relationship tripartite coordination mechanism in China’sdevelopment situation, existing problems and cause analysis.Part IV describes the practice of tripartite consultative mechanisms in developedcountries, analysis of the enlightenment to our country.Part v is the core of this article and end result. Against our labor relations problems in thetripartite coordination mechanism, perfect laws and regulations, strengthen the authority, therefinement of organization, to play the principal strengths, establish an effective mechanism,and five more, propose countermeasures of improving labor relations in China coordinationmechanism.This article mainly uses the comparative method, combining empirical and qualitativeand quantitative research methods, the study of labor relationship tripartite coordinationmechanism.Innovation point of this article: domestic studies on labor relations of the tripartitecoordination mechanism started relatively late, fewer researchers, research mainly limited tosporadic published papers and internal investigation report, but still remain in these studiesand discussions on a macro level, or the theoretical level, lack of relevance, feasibility, lack ofChinese and foreign contact. Analysis of this article to be present and development oftripartite consultation mechanism at home and abroad, combined with China’s actual situation, made from multiple angles, the improvement of labor relations strategies of the tripartitecoordination mechanism.
