In nowadays of the business enterprise management, the salary management is in the strategic position and it is the core contents of the human resource management .It is the most nerve-racking problem for the management employer and a sensitive problem for the employee. To solve this problem properly is important for the developing of the enterprise.However, In the process of the social economy changing the mode toward the market-orientation, many business enterprises, especially the small and middle scaled ones running by private capital,still followed using the deadlock salary management system. Such salary system will directly cause increasing the price of the business enterprise management and descending the whole management level. When designing the salary project, many small and middle scaled private enterprise still deviated from the value law of the labor market. Those not only can't improve the employee's aggressive attitude but also can't keep the excellent elitists of the business enterprise, and make the salary management lose the materiality meaning .At last ,it cause the business enterprise drown in the vicious cycles of the salary management.According to the problems mentioned above, this paper study mainly the theories foundation and its design method of the salary management, combining the actual salary management of TY company, re-design the salary of the TY company, make it match the true state of the business enterprise, exert the scientific, fair, and incentive function of salary.This paper is divided into five chapters totally.Chapter 1 introduces simply the background and meaning, the history development of the salary and the frame of the paper.Chapter 2 introduces mainly the salary, salary management and its related basic theories; Its main contents includes the meaning, classification, composing, form, constitute and influence factors and stimulus theories related to the salary.Chapter 3 analyses mainly the present condition of the TY company, including the profession analysis, the present company condition analysis, the original salary system analysis.Chapter 4 is the re-design of the TY company salary, breaking original salary structure thoroughly according to the actual circumstance of the TY company, carrying on re-designing to...
