In the 1990's, the concept of logistics came into China, and has been developing rapidly in both theory and practice since then. Compared with logistics in the manufacturing industry, the development of agricultural products logistics, especially fresh agricultural products logistics, is at its starting stage of modern logistics, and studies on the agricultural products logistics are focused on the scope of external study. In this background, it is of significance in both theory and practice to penetrate into the distribution organization modes of fresh agricultural products logistics. The goal of this article is not to seek the best pattern generally for the distribution organizations of agricultural products logistics, but to analyze rationally the forming and operating factors of each pattern separately and then to deliver distribution organizations of different patterns in different stages and requirement backgrounds. The article is divided into eight chapters. The first charter is the introduction, including study background, motives and meanings, main contents, logical frame wok and study tools. In the Second chapter, domestic and foreign literatures on fresh agricultural products logistics are studied, and some summarizations and brief appraisals are presented. There are few deep studies especially on the organizational patterns of fresh agricultural product logistics. Together with the particular characteristics of agricultural production and circulation in China, little international experience can be used for reference. In the third chapter, the forming mechanisms of distribution organizational patterns of fresh agricultural products are analyzed. This study analyzes the composition and determining factors of transaction costs of the fresh agricultural product distribution and reveals two correlative restraining variables in the forming of organizations. And four typical patterns are mounded theoretically in two-dimensional space model. Then the corresponding four patterns in reality are found out, according to different main bodies and macroscopic environmental factors.Chapter four, five, six and seven is the demonstration of the distribution organizational patterns of Zhejiang province. In the four chapters, the forming background, restraining variables, correlative transaction costs, environmental factors, advantages and disadvantages, etc, of the four patterns are dissected separately. Also applicative phases, developing conditions, demand backgrounds and related main bodies of the four patterns are explored. The eighth chapter is the conclusions. After analysis and study on both theory and practice, it is obvious that each pattern has its possibility and necessity to exist, and it is hard to decide which one is more preferred and which one is inferior. Thus, synthesized developing mode with multi-patterns can be established to aim at various demand background, including different developing stages, economic levels of different areas and different consuming requirements between the urban residents and the rural residents, etc.
