Study Based On Enterprises' Technological Innovation Of The Industry Cluster Strategy And Path

At the beginning of 1980s, because of innovation capability decline and unable suit to quickly changing environment, some industrial regions liked the fish out of water, and many enterprises were lack of energy. At the same time, some developed countries and regions appeared a kind of"New Industrial Region". This kind of"New Industrial Region"depended on high-technological, and became the role model of regional economic development and innovation. But what is the reason made these regions develop so magically and had so dynamical power? This paper would start with researching this kind of dynamical power of this"New Industrial Region", and then made a deep analysis, at last, got the conclusion about how the industrial cluster enterprises made the technological innovation and what were the strategy and path of thetechnological innovation. This paper started with discussion of innovation source, and found the contribution of industrial cluster for technological innovation. In succession, I made a simple depiction of some interrelated theory about industrial cluster technological innovation. Then, I pay more attention about introducing how the industrial cluster played the role of Hatcher, how the relationship between industrial cluster and technological innovation. After studying this, I abstract the model of the enterprises technological innovation in the industrial cluster. I found there were three kinds of model: one is Inner studying model, one is Exterior studying model, and the other is"Indraught- Diffusion- Absorbability"model. These models had their strongpoint respectively, and they suited for different kinds of enterprises. After this research, I made the deep analysis of what is the strategic path of technological innovation in these industrial cluster enterprise, and how these enterprises made innovation. At followed, I took Zhongguancun industrial cluster, especially Hua Qi company as example, and discussed the contribution of industrial cluster technological innovation comprehensively. At last, I got the conclusion of this paper from demonstration point.
