Industrial Clusters, Sme Technology Innovation Strategic Studies

The competition between enterprises on the market is not just the competition of terminal products and services on the surface, but the competition of science and technology behind the products and services. Competition of science and technology can not do without the progress of technology, and the progress of technology mainly depends on innovation. At present, technological innovation has become the most popular topic in academia, business, and even the whole nation. How to innovate on technology? Which places need to innovate? How to distribute the innovative resources on technology more effectively? All of these problems need to be resolved, however,To make a longterm and entire plan of this economical action-technologicalinnovation strategy is a key which can resolve all of these problems. A kind of new innovation organizational form—the emergence of industrial cluster seems to add a new subject to the innovation topic. Industrial cluster means an aggregation of enterprises and institutions, which are close to each other geographically and in the relevant industry, including scientific research institutions and colleges. What influence does this special organizational form have to innovation strategy? How and in which respects? How do enterprises in industrial cluster make strategic choice of technological innovation?
